Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return or exchange if:

  • You received a damaged product
  • You received the wrong item
  • The product is expired or defective
  • The item is missing from your order

To be eligible:

  • The request must be made within 3 days of receiving the parcel.
  • The product must be unused, sealed, and in its original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items may not be eligible for return:

  • Opened skincare or beauty products
  • Used health products
  • Items damaged after delivery by the customer

  • Partial or full refund

Order Cancellation

  • Orders can only be canceled before shipment confirmation.
  • Once shipped, the order cannot be canceled.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

Customers are requested to ensure availability at the time of delivery. Repeated fake or refused COD orders may result in future order restrictions.
